About Me

Photo by Innovative Images by Lisa
My name is Sandi Purinton.  I am a wife, a mother, a daughter, a friend, a paralegal, a softball player and a photographer.  I discovered a passion for photography at a young age and rekindled that passion following the birth of my son.  I am venturing on an exciting journey, learning just what my DSLR can do while bringing photos to family, friends and others.  I shoot on location and in natural light.

I was born and raised in a small town in middle Georgia.  I had my share of fishing and picking peas in the wee hours of the morning.  Small town life had its charm, but after high school graduation, I left home and moved to Atlanta to attend college.  I have lived in metro-Atlanta since 1998, and my family now considers me a big city girl; however, all of my big city friends still consider me a country girl.  It's nice to experience the best of both worlds.

I have been a social worker, a teacher and a paralegal.  I am married to a firefighter.  I appreciate those people who give so much of their time to work with our children and work to keep us safe.  It my goal to always provide exceptional photos and services at a reduced rate to teachers, firefighters, social workers, police and active military.  Thank you for your service to our community.
